Delivery Information
We deliver by courier or by post, depending on the location. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
We emphasize the importance of providing the correct address at the time of purchase and being available to receive the order. If, by any chance, the address is incorrect, you will have to pay for a new shipment.
The goods can be received by third parties, condo doormen and family members, as long as they sign the receipt.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours. Occasionally, deliveries may take place outside of business hours, until 10pm.
The delivery time for our products is between 7 and 21 working days after confirmation of payment.
Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be processed and sent for dispatch and transportation. At this point you will receive the tracking code by e-mail, so that you can follow the delivery of your product.

Upon delivery of the product, you have the right to refuse it if you notice the following situations:
– Opened or damaged packaging;
– Damaged product;
– Missing accessories.
