To request an exchange or return of a product, please contact our Customer Service Center at [email protected].
Our exchange, return and refund policy aims to provide customers with security and satisfaction in relation to products purchased in our store.
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
If you have received one of our products with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to exchange, return or refund it:
– Within 7 calendar days of receipt, inform our team of the problem via e-mail ([email protected]), sending us legible photos of the defective product or the wrong product.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds after this period.
– Your complaint will be analyzed within 7 working days, after which time we will contact you via e-mail and if the defect is proven or the product is other than the one ordered, you can choose one of the following alternatives:
– Receive a refund of the amount paid.
– Receive a new product equal to the one ordered.
– Receive a product of similar value.
Product conditions for exchange, return or refund
All returned products undergo an internal analysis when they arrive at our Center.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the manuals and accessories, as well as the invoice;
If any discrepancy or violation of the original seal of the product is identified, we will not accept the return, exchange or refund.
Refund deadline
Credit card: the credit card will be refunded within two invoices of the completion of the return, depending on the card’s expiration date.
Debit card: the refund will be made within 10 working days of the return, this period may vary according to the banking process, the refund amount will be deposited in the account linked to the debit card used in the purchase, the refund amount will be equal to the total purchase amount, including delivery costs if applicable, it will only be possible to make the refund to bank accounts with the same name as the order, refunds to third party accounts will not be allowed.
Cryptocurrency payments: in the event of cancellation of the purchase, the amount will be refunded by deposit into the account with the same name as the order and will be credited within 4 working days.
If the desired product is unavailable, you can only opt for a refund or to receive another product.
Remember that products are subject to stock availability.
